I get embedded with the business, find the process that's actually losing them time, and ship a working fix — not a slide deck about one. Ten years across every major RPA product plus hands-on machine learning (I trained a CNN to read handwritten bank slips without a cloud OCR API in sight) means the fix is whatever the problem needs: a bot, a model, or an integration nobody thought was possible in that stack.
Twenty-plus years in, split roughly into two halves: eleven years in the Contact Centre domain (Avaya, Genesys, NICE and Verint recording and workforce management) and ten years in Automation — SAP iRPA, UiPath, Blue Prism, NICE RPA, Automation Anywhere, and now the Microsoft Power Platform wired into SAP, Workday and Saviynt.
Outside of the day job I containerize things that were never meant to be containerized, write up what actually worked on LinkedIn, and record the odd walkthrough for the channel — mostly so I don't forget how I did it the second time around.
